- Ingredients: fructose, maltodextrin, fat-free milk, whey protein, cocoa powder, Richmix (dairy cream), L-glutamine, natural flavours, L-arginine, sea salt, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), d- tocopherol acetate (natural vitamin E).
- Recommended form of use: mix one sachet with 250 ml of water (8 oz) in a water bottle with a volume of 470 ml (16 oz). Shake until dissolved and add another 236.60 ml of water. Consume within 30 minutes after training or competing.
