The wide profile and the flexible and resistant Jubena sidewall ply protect the tyre from stone damage. A puncture-proof location under the tread minimises the risk of punctures and contributes to the overall reliability of the tyre. The flexible TPI carcass construction, together with the soft tread compound, cushions any unevenness and prevents the tyres from rolling unnecessarily. The Thundero is also durable and designed for high mileage.

This high performance road racing rubber compound is used in almost all TUFO tyres. With the balanced blend of synthetic and natural rubbers with activated silicon dioxide filler, the tyre offers excellent grip in wet conditions and low rolling resistance.

CRCA is a special composite material that is incorporated into the housing by means of long, high modulus aramid fibres. CRCA increases puncture resistance and puncture protection, it also improves driving comfort.
