The products with Trangoworld pens have two quality factors to assess the performance:
- Mix ratio: It consists of two numbers divided by a slash. The first number is the down percentage and the second the percentage of the pen. Down has a greater capacity to store warm air than the feather and, therefore, if the proportion of down in the padding of a garment is greater than feather, the insulation will be better.
- Fillpower: It is measured in cuins, a unit used to measure the capacity of expansion and compression of down. The more cuins you expand or compress a down, the better the insulating capacity of the product.

When we have proof of the payment, we will take care of changing the status of your order and start to prepare your items for delivery.
Delivery costs: The majority of our orders come with free delivery. Purchases over 49 euros in Spain have free delivery excluding products such as dumbbells, weights, MTB, BMX, urban, road and electric bikes. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Returns: We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase, you have up to 365 days to return it. You can manage this from the "My account" section and request a refund. For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment. If when you receive the order, you need a different size, you can change it free of charge (Spain). If the new size isn't available we will find you an alternative.
