The Weider BCAA Jelly 30 g Bar is made of leucine, isoleucine and valine, which form part of amino acids. They are called "essential" because the body cannot produce them, and we must obtain them through food. It's important to maintain the correct balance due to their close relationship with different metabolic routes found in the synthesis of proteins.
The main determiner of quality of food proteins is the content and availability of amino acids, especially essential amino acids, which can be found in suitable quantities to satisfy the nitrogen demands required for tissue growth, synthesis and recovery.
