Weider Gold Whey contains 80% protein of which 23% is BCAA's that optimize muscle recovery after intense training sessions. Due to its low carbohydrate content, it improves fat burning during the muscle definition phase.
Weider Gold Whey composition:
- Low fat and carbohydrate content are two fundamental aspects to take into account for a good digestion and also to avoid the increase of the fat mass.
- It is a whey protein concentrate with hydrolysed, obtained by ultrafiltration processes, achieving a protein concentration of 80%, rich in BCAA's or branched amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, which play a very important role in muscle protein synthesis. In addition, oxidation in the BCAA muscles generates energy, delaying fatigue.
- Rich in other bioactive substances such as Immunoglobulins, Glycomacropeptide, etc. which strengthen the immune system and exercise important regulatory functions.
- It contains a high concentration of the most important fractions such as alpha-lactoalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin.
Mix 30 g of the product with 300 ml of skimmed milk or water. Preferably after training.
