It seems that Leucine and its metabolites can slow down protein degradation. It has been shown to be involved in the processes of muscle cell repair and growth. There is also evidence of its involvement in protecting muscle proteins during intense and/or prolonged exercise and accelerating their subsequent repair.
The HMB predisposes for an improvement of our strength and a growth of our muscular mass provided that the feeding and the periods of rest are the suitable ones.
Especially suitable for: beginners of any sport, in periods of maximum volume and intensity of training, in the elderly and in the pre-season or when returning to training after an injury.
Take 4 caps a day. Preferably spread over 2 or 3 shots.
