GoldNutrition Pre Workout Impact 400g drink helps with muscle regeneration and delays fatigue, ensuring your workout is maximised. It combines L-arginine (vasodilation enhancer), caffeine (ergogenic effect), Maca and Guarana plant extracts, which have a stimulating effect, increasing physical endurance and reducing the sensation of fatigue. Impact Pre-Workout is a formula that will promote explosive strength, muscle mass growth, increased energy and, at the same time, delay the onset of fatigue and facilitate muscle recovery and regeneration.

- How to use: Take one serving (1 shake) 30 to 45 minutes before training. To prepare a shake, add a shallow scoop (22 g) to 250 ml of water. Mix well and drink.
