* For the correct operation of the Di2 electronic system, all the components require the same firmware version. The optional E-Tube diagnostic support allows reading and updating of the firmware versions of Di2 devices. Components with different firmware versions may not work properly or cause problems in the operation of the entire electronic group.

For safety and/or hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been switched on and/or activated, food and nutrition products, reusable masks and climbing equipment.
